Mask Creating Opportunities
Mask-Making at Gillette Children's Hospital
Unmasking Brain Injury in Minnesota is a statewide, community- based art project that promotes brain injury awareness by giving individuals a creative outlet to show others what it is like to live with a brain injury. Through the creation of personal masks, participants share their stories, illustrate their perspectives and engage in an emotional dialogue with their communities.
The Alliance's Unmasking Brain Injury in Minnesota project, Gillette Children's Hospital, is hosting a mask-making event on July 25 from 5-7 p.m.
